Milling charges are a la carte -- Note: final charges will be much less than multiplying incoming weight times each service due to weight lost at each step.

No agitation means this wash will not take out straw, burs, chip, vegetable matter.)

We use Belfast Mini-Mills equipment based on my high-quality training/experience at Fantasy Fibers (Canby, OR).

If you had fiber de-haired or carded in 2013-2014, I likely processed your fiber. I de-haired, pygora, angora goat, cashmere, Icelandic, qiviut (musk ox) and removed heavy vegetation from alpaca, llama, Shetland.

I carded and blended all these plus angora rabbit – even dog.

I love working with all the different types of fiber, seeing the lovely batts, rovings, and yarn that comes from processing your fiber on this equipment!

I look forward to working with you and your fiber!

Mill Policies

Need to Re-wash

  Past Due/Abandoned Orders

  Cancelled Orders

We reserve the right to re-wash pre-washed fiber if we determine the need to protect our equipment or provide a suitable end product. We will call to confirm if this need arises.

Without prior payment agreement (in writing), orders not paid for within 60 days from notice that an order is ready for shipping or pickup become the property of the Mill and will be sold to recover processing costs.

Fiber left with the Mill to be picked up after payment must be picked up within 30 days of payment; otherwise, the order will accrue a $20 per week charge for storage. Paid for orders will be considered abandoned when storage assessment equals the invoice for the order.

Paying for shipping will likely be the best option!

Customers who cancel orders may incur cancellation charges, fees and labor charges.  They will also be required to pay fees and charges associated with special ordered supplies and material.

Skirting -- Please Skirt!

Fleeces that come in not skirted will be assessed an additional $20/lb on incoming weight.

Do not send the barn floor! If hoof trimmings are found in the fleece, that fleece will assessed $30 to cover the extra time and damage to our equipment.

Far better for you to choose what to discard and what to keep!
