We love to talk to fiber people! If you have any questions about your order, our fiber, what we do, how we do it, or why -- please either email us at rodgerff@gmail.com (we check that email throughout the day!) or call us Monday through Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm PST at 541-609-0526.

We do not store payment information, nor do we sell or voluntarily share your purchase or contact information with anyone.

- Offline Payments -- personal checks may be sent with a mailed request -- the order will be shipped upon check clearance at our bank.
